Coverage for Entire Staff
The Plan covers all firm principals, partners and employees. This includes full-time, part-time and seasonal employees for eligible professional services performed on the firm's behalf.
 
Innocent Partners Coverage
You are insured in the event of criminal, dishonest, fraudulent or malicious acts by another firm member as long as you did not commit, have knowledge of, or participate in such activities.

Professional Liability Limits Available

• $100,000 per claim, $250,000 annual aggregate
• $250,000 per claim, $500,000 annual aggregate
• $500,000 per claim, $1,000,000 annual aggregate
• $1,000,000 per claim, $2,000,000 annual aggregate

Claims Expenses Outside the Limits of Liability
A separate but equal limit of liability is provided for the payment of legal fees, court costs, and other expenses related to your claim defense. With this feature, the entire limit of liability is available for the payment of damages.
